Return Policy

30-Day Return Period: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for either a replacement or a full refund. To begin the return process, please visit our convenient returns center.

Warranty and Product Support: If your product doesn't qualify for a return, don't worry. We have a dedicated warranty and product support team ready to assist you.

Return Eligibility Criteria: Please be aware that products falling into any of the following categories may not qualify for return and may be rejected:
- Items not purchased directly from Zhoppie.
- Products returned without all original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Products that show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Products that do not match the originally purchased item.

Return Processing Time: We keep you informed every step of the way during the return process. Once we receive your return, please allow up to one week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.

Final Sale Items: The following product types are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange:
- Furniture (such as mattresses, sofas, shelves, etc.)
- Innerwear (including bras and boxers)
- Food, snacks, and drinks
- Face masks
- Embroidered, altered, or laser-engraved items
- Gift cards

Damaged, Missing, or Undelivered Items: If you discover visible damage, missing merchandise, or undelivered items in your package, please notify our E-Commerce Team within seven days of receiving your order. You can contact us through our contact form or via email at support@zhoppie.com to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
